I’m Phillip Hamnett, an entrepreneur and technologist based in Frankfurt, Germany.

I’m currently the CEO and Founder of TalentAid AG, a platform that enables candidates to showcase their real capabilities through structured skills assessments, helping employers identify the best fit based on proven ability rather than bias or background. Our vision is to level the playing field in hiring while delivering measurable value to businesses through better matches, reduced turnover, and stronger teams.

Before TalentAid, I was the Founder and CTO of Chintai, where I led the design and delivery of a regulated blockchain-based platform for digital asset issuance, compliance, and trading. Over six years, I took the product from concept to market adoption, built a high-performing global team, and navigated complex regulatory environments across multiple jurisdictions.

My career has taken me from particle physics research at DESY and CERN, through aerospace software delivery at Airbus, into blockchain infrastructure and now talent technology. The thread that connects it all is a drive to solve hard problems, build things that matter, and work with people who care about getting it right.
